Relay for Life - The American Cancer Society

In 2009, MEDMA participated in its first U-M Relay for Life Event on Palmer Field. The event, held every spring, was an incredible oppertunity to give of ourselves while meeting a lot of new people. MEDMA's campsite featured $2 DJ lessons that contributed along with our pledges. Keeping the music going far longer than we had originally expected, MEDMA lit up the field and won "Best Campsite."
